Job Description

We are looking for a Career Counsellor who can guide and mentor students from KG to PG (Kindergarten to Post-Graduation) by helping them make informed educational and career choices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about student development, have excellent communication skills, and be well-versed in different academic and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Career Guidance & Assessment – Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help individuals identify suitable career options.
✅ Educational & Job Market Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends, job opportunities, and skill development programs.
✅ Psychometric & Aptitude Testing – Administer and interpret tests to assess skills, interests, and strengths.
✅ Counselling & Mentorship – Provide guidance on career choices, job search strategies, and higher education opportunities.
✅ Resume & Interview Preparation – Assist individuals with resume building, cover letters, and interview techniques.
✅ Collaboration with Institutions – Work with schools, colleges, and training institutes to conduct workshops and seminars.
✅ Student & Parent Consultation – Offer counselling sessions for students and parents regarding academic and career planning.
