Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver at Avana Care in Pune. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing assistance to elderly residents with daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship. The role requires compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in the well-being of the elderly.

Qualifications

Experience in elderly care, caregiving, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and compassion
Ability to assist with activities of daily living
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication management
Physical strength and stamina to assist elderly residents
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
Fluency in local languages spoken by elderly residents
Assist The Elderly With Personal Care Tasks, Such As Washing, Dressing, Eating And Toileting.
Perform Light Housekeeping Tasks, Such As Dusting, Changing Bed Linens.
