We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caretaker, specializing in elderly care and patient care. As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized assistance and support to elderly individuals and patients in need of care.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning, using proper lifting and transferring techniques
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and ensure adherence to medication schedules
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary
Manage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping tasks and laundry
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and client satisfaction
Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families during challenging times
