Role: Current and Savings Accounts Sales Officer
Job Overview:
We're looking for energetic and driven professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Current and Savings Accounts Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), driving product sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts within the branch catchment area
- Source high-quality Recurring Deposit (RD) and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts
- Activate new accounts, including UPI and savings accounts
- Cross-sell insurance and other banking products
- Participate in branch events, migration initiatives, and micro-marketing activities
Requirements:
- UG/PG degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- License and Bike Required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Freshers: ₹19.2K (Take-home: ₹16,500)
- 1 Year Experience: ₹23K (Take-home: ₹19,000)
- 2 Years Experience: ₹28K (Take-home: ₹24,000)
- Additional incentives and benefits-Up to 60k
Job Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, and Ahmedabad
