Role: CASA Sales Officer
Job Overview:
We're looking for energetic and driven professionals to join our dynamic team. As a CASA Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), driving product sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts within the branch catchment area
- Source high-quality Recurring Deposit (RD) and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts
- Activate new accounts, including UPI and savings accounts
- Cross-sell insurance and other banking products
- Participate in branch events, migration initiatives, and micro-marketing activities
Requirements:
- UG/PG degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- License and Bike Required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Freshers: ₹19.2K (Take-home: ₹16,500)
- 1 Year Experience: ₹23K (Take-home: ₹19,000)
- 2 Years Experience: ₹28K (Take-home: ₹24,000)
- Additional incentives and benefits-Up to 60k
Job Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, and Ahmedabad
