Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Payment Handling

Process cash, credit/debit card, and UPI transactions efficiently.

Generate and provide accurate bills and invoices to customers.

Maintain proper cash register records and daily sales reports.
2. Customer Service
-
Greet customers and assist with billing inquiries and order details.
-
Handle refunds, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while assisting customers.
3. Cash & Inventory Management
-
Ensure proper cash handling and register balancing at the end of each shift.
-
Monitor and report cash discrepancies or technical issues with the POS system.
-
Assist in stock counting and tracking fast-moving items for better service.
4. Coordination with Kitchen & Delivery Staff
-
Coordinate with the kitchen team for order confirmations.
-
Ensure takeaway and online delivery orders are billed correctly.

Work with the restaurant manager for smooth daily operations.
5. Compliance & Store Maintenance
-
Follow company policies on cash handling and financial transactions.

Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
