Job Description
You will be Tele Calling for Survey filling - you will require to call the and recruit the participants to fill survey forms for various market research studies & projects
- Need individuals with soft skills like polite & understanding behaviour, quick to resolve queries and issues, able to handle participants queries
- Ability to Read & write English (Good Level) is a must and basic English speaking is doable
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Any BPO experience is a plus point
- This role could open your way in Market research Industry - will help you understand how the ground level of Quantitative research works
Job Overview:
We are looking for a CATI Survey Executive - Tele caller (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) to conduct structured surveys via telephone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and follow survey scripts accurately while collecting data.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct Telephone Surveys – Call respondents to collect data through structured questionnaires.
✅ Follow Survey Scripts – Ask questions as per the given format without influencing responses.
✅ Record Accurate Data – Enter responses correctly into the system.
✅ Maintain Professionalism – Ensure ethical and unbiased data collection.
✅ Handle Respondent Queries – Clarify questions if needed while maintaining neutrality.
✅ Meet Call Targets – Complete the required number of surveys daily.
✅ Ensure Data Confidentiality – Follow company policies regarding data protection.
