Job Description
Implementing CRM Strategies:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies.
Evaluate and enhance existing CRM processes to improve customer engagement and retention.
Customer Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with digital graphic designers and copywriters to produce compelling content.
Code and input emails into the email portal.
Retention Strategy:
Assist the Senior CRM Manager in defining and developing the retention strategy and roadmap.
Set relevant success metrics for the email channel.
Maximize revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging dormant/inactive audiences.
Integration and Budget Management:
Support email systems integration when required.
Assist with agency invoicing and budget management.
Event Invitations:
Manage the sending of invitations for marketing events.
