Job Description
- Installation: Install and commission CCTV systems, including structured cabling systems
- Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and maintenance, and respond to fault calls
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with CCTV systems and equipment
- Configuration: Configure and program CCTV systems
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of installed systems, including test results, drawings, and O&M information
- Technical support: Provide technical support to clients and training and guidance to support staff
- Communication: Communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely
- Safety: Maintain health and safety standards for company work and equipment
- Accurate and timely completion of all work related documentation including but not limited to test results, commissioning information, drawings and O&M information.
