Role: Center Admin - Entry-LevelAs a Center Admin at AoS, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our daily operations and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to our members. This is the perfect opportunity if you're looking to gain experience in customer service, fitness, and operations in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do: 1. Member Management- Welcome and engage with new members, helping them get started on their fitness journey.
- Keep track of member information in our easy-to-use database.
- Stay connected with members, ensuring they’re enjoying their experience and addressing any concerns.
- Help us keep the facility in top shape by making sure everything is clean and organized.
- Work with the housekeeping team to ensure our space is always welcoming and ready for our members.
- Help order supplies and ensure the gym is fully stocked and ready for use.
- Assist in answering emails and messages from people interested in joining the Academy of Strength.
- Show prospects around the facility and give them a first-hand look at what AoS has to offer.
- Help us build lasting relationships with members and encourage them to stay with us long-term.
