Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Center Manager/Community Manager. As a
Center Manager/Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintaining a cohesive and productive work environment for our members. This role will involve managing the upkeep of the community space, developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, planning and managing events, and developing and executing strategies to foster community engagement.
- Plan & execute events
- Facilitate connections between members for community building
- Help in cross sales
- Address client grievances, requests or requirements by coordinating with other teams
- Attend events and help in brand promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team for email marketing, social media marketing, PR and other marketing opportunities.
- Work on new marketing opportunities.
