EXPERIENCE:- 

• Candidate must have above 3 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD (CEMENT TRADE, MARBLE TILES , FERTILIZER INDUSTRY, TELECOM SECTOR & ELECTRONICS )
  
• Must have working experience/knowledge of  more than 3 districts
  
• Must be post graduate/MBA or equivalent
  
• Or having Graduation Degree (Considerable only if the respective candidate is having more than 5 years of experience )
  

Job   Description

• You have to work on permanent based employee working structure.
  
• Need to handle channel Sales i.e. Primary Sales & Secondary Sales.
  
• Primary Sales i.e. you need to appoint distributors in allotted districts within   a month.
  
• Need to widen and maintain our dealer – distribution network.
  
• After appointment of distributors, BDE will be provided across all the districts for secondary sales.
  
• You will be monitoring the team of BDE.
  
• Increase Sales
  
• Promotional activities through Dealer-Painter meeting, Wall-painting, flex board etc.
  
• You are responsible to handle the sales and all the sales related activity of allocated areas.
  
• Apply proficient strategies and achieve the target.
  
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  
• Report to the office management and senior through all kind of reporting system given by company.
  
• Conduct tour programme by taking prior approval from the company
