Job Description
Requirement: -
1. Chartered Accountant - must have working knowledge in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Audit, Accounting, and Finance.
2. Excellent communication & leadership quality should be capable to handle 5-7 articles & employees’ team.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and auditing standards.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
5. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Functions / Role-
1. Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts
2. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e., Income Tax, /GST.
3. Conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws.
4. Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day-to-day business
5. Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.
6. Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed timeframe
7. Preparation of 15CA-CB Certificate and other professional certificates
