Job Description

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fresher/1 Year Experience)

Location: New Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2013, Income Tax (both direct and indirect), and related compliance requirements. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are keen to build their career in finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accounting entries and reconcile general ledgers.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2013.
Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Work closely with the company’s accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor management.
Support in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with Indian authorities (e.g., Income Tax, GST departments) for compliance and audit purposes.
Collaborate with senior CAs on compliance-related activities, including financial documentation and statutory audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Chartered Accountant qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and Indian taxation laws.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
Motivation to learn and take on new challenges.
