Job Description

Day to Day Accounting

Books closing on monthly basis, Preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly P & L Account and Balance Sheet.

Co-ordinating with auditors for finalization of accounts, Income Tax return, preparation of relevant data for tax audit

Preparation of MIS for management.

Sound knowledge on capitalization of fixed assets, calculation of depreciation, maintenance of fixed assets register

Verification and Processing of bills for Purchases, Expenses and Services, payment to suppliers on due date, reconciliation of suppliers account

Accounting of sales bills, reconciliation of debtors account, follow up with customers for payment.

Getting confirmation of balances from suppliers, customers, bankers etc.

Payment of PF, ESI & PT.

Supervision of voucher entry, bank reconciliation, verification of interest charged by bank.

Sound knowledge on eligibility criteria for availing input Tax credit in GST, Reconciliation of GSTR2B data,

Preparation & amp; submission of monthly and annual returns for GST

Deduction and Payment of TDS on time, filling of TDS returns, generation of TDS certificates

Sound knowledge of income tax Finance

In depth knowledge on documentation and procedure for availing or renewal of Cash Credit account, Bill Discounting / Factoring,

In depth knowledge on documentation and procedure for availing Term Loan, Vehicle Loan, loan against property

In depth knowledge on preparation of DP statement for banks, knowledge on collateral security, Bank Guarantee

Any other work given by management.
