Job Description

1. Knowledge of Working Capital concept, managing funds
2. Liaison with Banks for borrowings, pricing and day to day operations
3. Knowledge of FEMA regulations regarding import payments & exports
4. Knowledge regarding Letter of credit and Bank Guarantees
5. Making import Vendor payments including closing the bill of entries in IDPMS
6. Audit schedule preparation and resolving queries
7. Monthly closing activities and reporting
8. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
9. Knowledge of SAP ECC6
10. Good in MS Office excel, word, Power point
Job Summary
A Chartered Accountant (CA) is responsible for financial planning, auditing, taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance for businesses, individuals, or organizations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax filing, risk management, and strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, IND AS, etc.).
2. Auditing & Assurance
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial risks, frauds, and irregularities in company records.
- Provide audit reports and recommendations for process improvements.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, income tax, corporate tax, and TDS calculations & filings.
- Assist in tax planning, return preparation, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent clients before tax authorities in case of disputes or assessments.
4. Financial Advisory & Business Consulting
- Offer strategic financial advice to improve profitability and growth.
- Assist businesses in fundraising, investment planning, and financial restructuring.
- Guide on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.
5. Statutory Compliance & Legal Advisory
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and RBI norms.
- Assist in company incorporation, filing of annual returns, and regulatory audits.
- Provide consultancy on corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
