Job Description
- HIRING FOR E-COMMERCE PROCESS
- PROCESS- CHAT & EMAIL SUPPORT AND SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST
- NON VOICE- EMAIL & CHAT SUPPORT for a reputed MNC in Bangalore.
- Fresher and Experience both can apply.
- Level 3 Escalation (Pilot Project) - Minimum 0-2 plus year of experience ( Education : 12th or 10+ 3 yrs Diploma Mandatory) .
- Salary Band - 2.8 Lac to 5.5 Lac ( 18K to 38 K + 2.2k Food Card /Per month Take Home) .
- Need High caliber candidate with RCA -Root Cause Analysis knowledge (Should be able to provide End-to-End solving to Customer)
- Level 2 Escalation - Minimum 1 plus year of experience ( Education : 12th or 10+ 3 yrs Diploma Mandatory) Salary Band - 3.8 Lac to 4.8 Lac ( 25K to 35K /Per month Take Home)
- We are willing to accommodate Freshers with Excellence communication & Passionate to work on Social Media response.
- Salary Band for Fresher (2.6 Lac- 18 K + 2.2 k Food card : 20 K/take home -per month) and Experienced 3.8 Lac to 5.5 Lac ( 28 K to 40 K + 2.2 k Food Card/Per month Take Home) ( Education : 12th or 10+ 3 yrs Diploma Mandatory)
