To handle customer queries and complaints using CHAT form

To ensure customer satisfaction

Proactive information’s and solutions providing to customer

Escalate the customer grievances to the floor supervisor

Handle critical situations and to ensure appropriate solutions to the customer on first go

To Adhere to applicable standard operating procedures

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through chat to provide timely and accurate assistance.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.

Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
