Hexaware is hiring for Chat Support Executive
Freshers or minimum of 0- 3 years of experience candidates in any customer service background is eligible
Total Openings: 30
Role: Chat Support Executive
Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Qualification: HSC passed / any graduate / arrear can be considered.
Exp. Range 0 - 3 Years
Working hours: Mon to Sun Rotational Week off 6 days' work / Rotational Shift
Immediate Joiners only
Salary breakup details:
- Fresher: 14,416 INR CTC Per month; 12000 Take home
- Experience: 18,083 INR CTC Per month: 14700 Take home
Requirement details:
- Excellent communication.
- Good typing skills
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
- Transport: Drop will be provided for late evening logouts subjective to feasibility
- Scope: Email handling in English language only
Typing speed 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
Soft Skills: Good written communication skills in English
Rounds of Interviews:
- HR round
- Typing Test
- Operations round
- Versant Test
Mode of interview: Direct Walk-in Drive (please come with 2 copies of your resume and a Government ID PROOF.)
Walk in Date/ Timings: 22nd Aug & 23th Aug (11.00 AM to 2 PM).
Applicant currently in Chennai are preferred
