We are searching for a dynamic Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join the leadership team and ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service and satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at EliteFinish will be the key architect of our customer experience strategy. You will build and manage teams focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring that every touchpoint along the customer journey reflects the premium service we offer. You will also champion customer feedback in decision-making processes and drive continuous improvements in customer service, ensuring long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement a customer-first strategy that enhances customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the customer journey, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analytics to drive continuous service improvements and innovation.

Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement strategies to attract new customers and build long-term relationships with existing clients, focusing on maximizing lifetime value.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in every interaction.

Team Leadership & Training: Build and manage the customer service team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with EliteFinish's customer-centric values.

Customer Support Systems: Oversee the development and improvement of customer support systems, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Brand Advocacy: Develop programs that encourage customer referrals and reviews, turning satisfied clients into brand ambassadors.

Customer Metrics & KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service, track performance, and report results to the leadership team.

Problem Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner while preventing recurrence.

Customer Engagement Programs: Create and manage loyalty programs, VIP services, and other engagement initiatives that foster strong relationships with customers.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure EliteFinish remains a leader in customer satisfaction and experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CCO, Head of Customer Experience, or similar leadership role, ideally within the automotive, luxury services, or high-end retail industries.

Strong background in customer experience management, customer journey mapping, and driving customer loyalty.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Leadership experience with a focus on building and managing customer service teams.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer feedback and metrics to make informed decisions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.

Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how customer experience impacts overall business performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on problem-solving.


Preferred:

Experience in the automotive or vehicle care industry.

Previous experience in scaling customer service operations for a high-growth business.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.

Familiarity with subscription-based models, loyalty programs, or premium service offerings.
