Job Description
Roles: We are Hiring for Chit Fund Marketing and Sales
Location: Chennai, Mogappair
Benefits: Sales & Monthly Incentives and Other Perks
Experience: Preference given for Candidate with prior experience in Chit Fund / Financial Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing of Chit Fund Products:

Promote and sell chit fund schemes to prospective clients, including individuals and businesses.

Explain the benefits and features of chit fund products, such as savings and investment opportunities, to potential clients.

Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out new clients by prospecting, networking, and engaging in cold-calling and other sales techniques.

Ensure that all customer queries regarding chit fund schemes are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and renewals of chit fund subscriptions.

Provide personalized advice to clients based on their financial goals and needs, recommending the most suitable chit fund schemes.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues they may face with their subscriptions.
3. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of chit funds and attract potential customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (e.g., brochures, digital content, advertisements) to attract new clients.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

5. Documentation and Reporting:
