For Cisco minimum skills –
CUCM , CUC
Cisco Voice gateway
ISDN PRI T1/ E1, CAS, CSS.
Voice signaling protocol (H.323 , SIP, MGCP, SCCP)
Knowledge for FXO, FXS, SRST.
Call control, call manger, call manger express,
For Avaya Minimum Skills –
Avaya Communication manger , AES.
Avaya session manger.
Avaya Voice Gateway G650, G450.
Knowledge for DS1 card, trunk configuration, VDN & VEC configuration.
Voice signaling protocol (H.323)
Understanding of PRI and basic voice networking
Experience in Vendor co ordination
Good communication skills both verbal and written
ITILv3 knowledge
Ready to work from client location
