- Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India, as per Telecom project requirement
- Candidates must to be physically fit.
- Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
- The candidate will be responsible for various RF/wireless activities
- like survey, planning, Installation, commissioning, spectrum analysis, Installation & Commissioning BTS sites.etc
- Candidate should have the leadership quality to maintain team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research Management, Project Management, Report Execution and Quality Management also lead the projects that include quantitative analysis like forecasting, modelling and valuation
- Ensure seamless delivery
- Knowledge Management: Transfer knowledge to team members
- Lead a team of Analysts
- Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.
- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
- Track and manage resolution of software deficiencies on customer's behalf.
- Successfully answer questions on technical aspects of the software applications.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
- Working on large customer data which is orientated around
- areas such as Predictive Modelling, Behavioral Analysis, Churn, Segmentation, Profiling, Data Modeling etc.
- Making Business Reports on Data Management
- Working on Primary & Secondary Projects by Using SAS tool to work on data & Cluster Analysis and handling Research Management, Project Management & Report Execution
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Welcoming 2016 Batch pass out.
- B.tech / BBA/ B.com/ Fresher/UG
- Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong quantitative background
- Ability to analyze quantitative & qualitative information to draw logical conclusions
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ VBA/statistical packages
- Interest to work in Research Projects
- Strong Analytical Background in MarketingCustomer Insight -
- CRM and familiar with statistical software packages such as SAS (Base), SPSS, SQL, Excel etc.
