Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with regulations while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and oversee construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Prepare blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans using CAD software.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Manage budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation for projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per project specifications.
Conduct quality control and safety inspections at project sites.
Address and resolve any design, construction, or engineering issues that arise.
Stay updated with new construction technologies, materials, and engineering trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification (preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, and other engineering software.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, construction materials, and project management.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality assurance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
