Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee the construction and development of various civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during construction and provide solutions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all materials and resources are available on-site and manage their efficient usage.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports, site diaries, and correspondence.
- Provide support during project planning, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the design team to review and implement modifications as necessary.
