Job Description
Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund (ODMAX) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to support our administrative and record-keeping functions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth internal operations, accurate documentation, and efficient communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple clerical tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial and client records in compliance with company standards Prepare, file, and organize documents (physical and digital)Handle data entry and record management using spreadsheets and software systems Support internal communications and assist with scheduling, reports, and correspondence Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Assist team members and senior staff with administrative tasks Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
