Provide assistance with filing, answering phones, processing payments, and offer general support to the administrative staff as needed.

Labels and sorts document files.
Performs inventory checks.
Operates and performs basic maintenance of office machines.
Sorts and responds to emails.

Maintains professional appearance and behavior.
Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
