Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Manager, based in Pune. The Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring effective service delivery while managing client relationships. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, negotiating service terms, and ensuring customer success.
Qualifications
Overall 4-9 years of experience with
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in recruitment industry

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working in WFO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and meetings.
- Address client concerns and proactively resolve issues.
Project & Service Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with business capabilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technical departments.
- Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Analyze delivery processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and client feedback.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in service delivery.
