Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Manager, based in Pune. The Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring effective service delivery while managing client relationships. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, negotiating service terms, and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

Overall 4-9 years of experience with

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in recruitment industry

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable working in WFO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and meetings.
Address client concerns and proactively resolve issues.

Project & Service Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with business capabilities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technical departments.
Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and service quality.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Analyze delivery processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and client feedback.
Implement best practices and industry standards in service delivery.
