Job Description

Client Onboarding and Relationship Building:

Initiating contact with new clients, understanding their needs, and establishing a strong rapport during the project's initial stages.

Site Visits and Project Monitoring:

Regularly visiting project sites to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with client specifications.

Communication Management:

Maintaining open communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identifying and resolving client issues in the field, escalating concerns to relevant internal teams when necessary.

Client Feedback Collection:

Gathering feedback from clients on project progress, service quality, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

Preparing and submitting detailed reports on client interactions, project status, and any identified issues.

Client Retention and Growth:

Identifying opportunities to expand services and retain existing clients by proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
