Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relationship Association (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fundraising, and the ability to effectively engage with potential donors over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

 Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential donors to promote our initiatives and solicit donations.

 Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring a positive experience.

 Campaign Promotion: Inform and educate potential donors about Smile India Trust’s mission, programs, and campaigns.

 Data Management: Accurately record and update donor information and interactions in our CRM system.

 Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and previous conversations to encourage donations and provide additional information as needed.

 Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on call outcomes, donor responses, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: 12th/ Graduated

Experience: Fresher. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive ability, and active listening.

 Passion: Genuine interest in charitable work and enthusiasm for promoting our cause.

 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software.

Personal Attributes:

 Motivated: Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets.

 Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
