About the role:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who can effectively communicate with customers, calmly explain the packages, and handle inquiries and complaints in a nuanced and composed manner.
Responsibilities
Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers and develop strong relationships with travellers
Keep track of inquiries and conversions
Maintain a record of bookings, refunds, transportation, and others
Work with operation and marketing teams to ensure clear and smooth travel plans
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience as a client associate/sales executive/customer service or similar role
Have a knack for selling and is excellent at communication
Proficient in Tamil and English
Ability to interact and negotiate with customers effectively
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team in terms of payments, refunds, and any complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience
Bonus: Good knowledge of travel destinations
