Industry: Consulting or service provider

Role and Responsibilities:

Direct point of contact for Client
Resolve escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction
Managing background verification for Org level and specific engagement level
Interacting with clients on background check completion
Ensuring team closures of background check
Responsible for team escalations and making sure that the vendor is updated about the process of getting queries resolved
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Track and report on client relationship metrics.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value.
