*Job Description:*


We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction by meeting targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is an active listener, and is committed to achieving both individual and team goals.


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Lead Generation and Client Outreach*

  - Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media, etc.).

  - Develop strategies to attract and qualify leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

  - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate interest and convert leads.


2. *Client Management and Communication*

  - Manage and support existing client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.

  - Provide regular updates to clients, address their queries and concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  - Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills to fully understand client needs and expectations.


3. *Target Achievement and Deadline Management*

  - Set, meet, and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client satisfaction.

  - Work with the team to develop and implement plans to achieve assigned targets within defined timeframes.

  - Track and report progress on lead generation and client engagement activities, adjusting strategies as needed.


4. *Collaboration and Reporting*

  - Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to align goals and provide a seamless client experience.

  - Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, lead status, and target achievements for internal review.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
  • Experience: Any [Fresher/Experienced]


  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of stock markets, demat accounts, and investment products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
