Job Title: Client Relationship Officer (UK Process)

Job Location: Turbhe MIDC

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with UK-based clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of UK business processes, and a customer-centric approach. This role involves handling client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Address client queries related to products, services, or account management via email, phone, and chat.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining professionalism.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Relationship Building & Retention:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
Gather client feedback and work on process improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups and engagement activities to ensure client retention.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with UK business regulations, GDPR, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.
Prepare reports and client updates for internal and external stakeholders.
