Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients.

Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty and retention.

Understand clients' goals, challenges, and expectations to offer tailored solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and suggestions to improve their experience.
2. Account Support and Coordination

Assist Account Managers or Sales teams in managing client accounts.

Track the progress of projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, operations, or technical support to fulfill client needs.

Prepare and review account reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
3. Issue Resolution
-
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.

Investigate and resolve issues related to product performance, service delivery, billing, or other areas.

Ensure all complaints are handled professionally and escalated when necessary.

Follow up to confirm that the client is satisfied with the resolution.
4. Service Improvement

Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.

Work with relevant departments to suggest changes in services, processes, or products.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate client satisfaction and retention rates.
5. Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate client records and documentation using CRM systems or other software.

Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and service outcomes.

Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through the initial setup or transition process.
