Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated fresher/experienced client service executive to coordinate between our Brand clients and internal teams. Needs to have good English.
Job location - Sahakar Nagar Pune

Responsibilities:

Assess needs of customers and promote alternative products or services.

Assist to resolve clients’ problems and issues.

Handle enquiries from walk-ins, phones and emails from clients.

Provide prompt and excellent customer service to all clients.

Take down clients’ complaints and escalate them to supervisor.

Update and maintain clients’ records.

Work with other areas of the firm as required, to serve clients and resolve any potential issues and problems
