JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
Handling Queries efficiently on mails,phones,as well as in meetings.
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Attending to clients' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
Generating client reports.
Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well
In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Note: Experience from same industry would be an advantage.
