Job Description

We require Clinic manager for our Ayurveda & Panchkarma Clinic located in Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

Knowledge & experience related to TPA, Mediclaim is must.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic

Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction

Supervise and train clinic staff to provide high-quality healthcare services

Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure effective patient care

Monitor clinic budget and financial performance

Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase clinic visibility

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Address patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology
