Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Rotational Weekoff)

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the closing process for real estate transactions.
· Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure smooth closures.
· Verify all necessary documents and agreements are in place.
· Address client queries and provide assistance during the closing process.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Experience in real estate closing processes or similar roles.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of real estate laws and documentation.
