Job Description

Urgent Requirement CNC Machine Operator And Assistant for Manufacture unit of smart Cards and Metro Card. Sec-65 Location. Candidate should have Basic Knowledge of Computer and self motivated. Freshers may also applied.

Overview:

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator and Assistant to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in machine operations, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup & Operation:

Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.
Load raw materials, configure settings, and ensure machine calibration.
Adjust speed, feed rate, and cutting tools for optimal performance.

2. Quality Control & Precision Manufacturing:

Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions.
Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance and clean CNC machines regularly.
Identify and resolve operational issues, tool wear, or mechanical problems.
Report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.

4. Safety & Compliance:

Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
