Job Description

#Setting up and operating CNC machines: Set up and run CNC machines to perform a variety of tasks, such as drilling, grinding, and milling.

#Programming and monitoring: Program and monitor CNC machines to meet targets and deadlines

#Reading and interpreting drawings: Read and understand engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

#Using inspection equipment: Use inspection equipment, such as a micrometer or dial caliper, to verify machine settings and detect malfunctions #Maintaining the machine: Perform routine maintenance on the machine and check it daily to ensure it's functioning properly

#Recording actions: Complete production and quality logs to record all machine actions #Communicating: Communicate logistics issues and provide timelines to clients

#Liaising with engineering: Liaise with engineering on all aspects of machine components for new products
