Sigma Outsourcing Private Limited id hiring for Collection Agents Tele-Caller for different processes either through calls or visit in the field. The candidate should have completed at 12th. This hiring is for domestic process so aggressive callers are required. No need of English communication.

You can come for Walk-In at any time directly at the office premises.

Responsibilities:

Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments.

Negotiate repayment plans and terms to facilitate debt recovery.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements.

Follow up on payment commitments and update the status of outstanding debts.

Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
