About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop a thorough understanding by reviewing accounts, payment histories, and any associated documentation to determine the appropriate recovery strategy.
2. Contact borrowers via phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss the outstanding amount and negotiate repayment options.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and actions taken with borrowers.
