Job Description

Collection executive communicate with customers by phone and in personal to discuss payment options, account status, and other information.

Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments. Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment.

Also need to do case collection from dental clinic / hospital after completion need to delivery the case in the respected clinic / hospital.

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts

Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment

Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections

Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts
