As a Collection Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and achieving collection targets across your assigned branch. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining our strong financial performance while upholding our reputation for compliance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly collection targets for the assigned branch.
  • Optimize the cost of collections, ensuring targets are met within specified limits.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with legal guidelines and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor collection agencies and executives to prevent fraudulent practices and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with collection teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to collections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
