Key Responsibilities:

3. Resolve disputes: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes related to outstanding debts.
4. Maintain records: Accurately update and maintain customer records, including payment history and communication logs.
5. Meet targets: Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to team goals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
7. Comply with regulations: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing debt collection.
