3. Respond to comments and customer queries promptly
4. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
5. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
6. Coordinate with the marketing team members to ensure brand consistency
7. Liaise with responsible departments to stay updated on new products and features
