1. Engage and interact with our online community across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

3. Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a positive environment.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and grow our online presence.
5. Assist in organizing and hosting virtual events, webinars, and live streams to connect with our community members.
6. Respond promptly to queries, comments, and messages from community members, providing excellent customer service and support.
7. Analyze community metrics and provide insights to optimize community engagement strategies.
