Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain statutory books including a register of members & directors
2. Assist in drafting minutes of the meetings
3. Visit ROC/RD/NCLT
4. Work on ROC filings/ ROC/RD liaising
5. Assist in FEMA and SEBI Compliance
6. Handle statutory compliances of the companies/LLPs
7. Coordinate with clients/associates/stakeholders, etc.
