Job Description
Role and responsibilities :
We are looking for young Company Secretary (CS) professionals who have qualified CS & have membership.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
The basic requirements are as follows:
1. Must be qualified CS & have membership
2. Hands-on knowledge about the company Law, secretarial activities
3. Good Communication skills
4. Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
5. Thorough understanding of the corporate legal framework.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the principal advisor to the board on corporate governance issues.
Prepare and manage board meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Liaise with external regulators and advisers.
Ensure proper communication and documentation within the organization regarding corporate policies.
Advise and assist with compliance issues related to corporate structuring and operations.
