- Any graduate, Post graduate with 2018-2019 and 2020 passed out (who have completed their exams and got the results).
- 2018 candidates are required to submit their convocation certificate.
- Sells products and services to the North American customers responding primarily through an inbound phone queue or chat queue
- Learning a broad range of Dell technology, products, and services and can identify how these products and services align to customer needs
- Able to explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution
- Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross- functionally, to support the sales process
- Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions
- Follows up with occasional outbound calls
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream; Post graduation is not mandatory
- If undergraduates (10+2) then you must have at least 12 months of international calling experience
- Must have excellent communication skills with basic technical knowledge about computers
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24*7 environment
- Minimum 1 year of international calling experience to 5 years of overall experience is preferred
- Sales background would be an added advantage
